These terms apply to offers, memberships, wash books and text messages from Ohana Car Wash (“Ohana,” “we,” “us”), 401 Gateway Blvd., Monroe, OH 45050. By claiming an offer or making a purchase, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Free Big Kahuna wash offer

• For new customers only: people who have not previously redeemed an Ohana free wash offer or held an Ohana membership.
• One free wash per person and per vehicle. The free wash is one Big Kahuna wash (a $25 value).
• We give away a limited number of free washes each day (currently 50). When the day’s vouchers are claimed, the offer closes until the next day.
• Your voucher code is sent by text message to the mobile number you provide. It is single-use, has no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and is valid only at Ohana Car Wash, 401 Gateway Blvd., Monroe, OH.
• We may limit, change or end the offer at any time, and may refuse vouchers obtained with false or duplicate information.

2. 1¢ first-month membership offer

• For new members only. Available online only. One per customer.
• Your first month of unlimited washes on the plan you choose costs $0.01.
• Automatic renewal: after the first month, your membership renews automatically every month at the regular price of the plan you selected (currently $24.99–$39.99 per month) and is charged to the payment method on file until you cancel. By purchasing, you authorize these recurring charges.
• Cancel anytime in the Ohana member portal or by calling (513) 360-7205. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you have paid for.
• Each membership covers one vehicle. Additional vehicles can be added through our Family Plan.
• We may change plan prices or features with advance notice to you. You can cancel if you don’t want to continue at the new price.

3. Wash books

• Wash books are prepaid: 6 washes of the wash type you choose for the price of 4 (Splash & Dash $40, Tropical Breeze $60, Island Shine $80, The Big Kahuna $100).
• Wash books are a one-time purchase, not a membership, and do not renew.
• Washes are redeemable at Ohana Car Wash, 401 Gateway Blvd., Monroe, OH, and have no cash value. For questions about a wash book purchase, call us at (513) 360-7205.

4. Text messages

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you agree that Ohana Car Wash may send you recurring automated marketing and account text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or call (513) 360-7205. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Using the car wash

• Follow the posted instructions and staff directions when entering and going through the tunnel.
• Please let us know before you leave the property if you have any concern about your wash, so we can look at it with you.
• Some vehicles and accessories aren’t safe for an automated tunnel. Our team may decline a vehicle for safety reasons, including for free and membership washes.

6. General

• We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
